2. Eligibility and Use by Parents and Guardians
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on behalf of a child or submit information concerning a child, unless we expressly permit otherwise.
If you use the Platform on behalf of a child, you represent and warrant that:
- you are the child’s parent, legal guardian or otherwise authorised to act on the child’s behalf;
- you have authority to provide information concerning the child and make enquiries or registrations on the child’s behalf;
- you will act appropriately and, where applicable, in the best interests of the child.
If you use the Platform generally, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years of age;
- you will provide accurate, current and truthful information;
- you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Children and young people may be referred to sporting opportunities through the Platform. Unless expressly permitted by us, children must not independently create accounts or submit personal information without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
We may introduce additional age-verification, parental-consent or other safeguards as the Platform develops.
3. Club and Coach Accounts
Sporting clubs, coaches and organisations may create accounts or listings on the Platform.
A club, coach or sporting organisation using the Platform represents and warrants that:
- it has authority to create the account and provide the information submitted;
- its listing and other information is accurate, complete and not misleading;
- it will promptly update information that becomes inaccurate;
- it will only submit personal information where it has a lawful basis or appropriate authority to do so;
- it will comply with applicable child-safety, privacy, employment, discrimination, consumer protection and other laws;
- it will maintain any licences, registrations, qualifications, insurance or approvals required for its activities;
- it will deal with parents, guardians, athletes, applicants and volunteers professionally and appropriately.
Clubs and coaches are responsible for their own sporting programs, services, personnel, facilities, policies, registrations and dealings with athletes and families.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login credentials secure;
- maintaining accurate account information;
- all activity occurring under your account;
- promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We may suspend or terminate an account in accordance with these Terms.
4. Club Listings and Verification
Sports clubs and coaches are responsible for ensuring that information submitted for publication is accurate, complete and up to date.
By submitting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and publish the club or organisation’s information, logos, images and promotional content for the purposes of operating, promoting and providing the Platform.
We may edit, reject, suspend or remove listings that contain false, misleading, offensive, inappropriate or otherwise unacceptable content, or where we consider this reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or its users.
We may undertake checks of clubs, coaches or organisations before or after publishing a listing. Depending on the service and information available to us, these checks may include verification of:
- ABN or business information;
- contact details;
- publicly available registration information;
- insurance information;
- coaching qualifications or accreditations;
- Working With Children Checks or equivalent requirements;
- information supplied by the club or coach;
- other information reasonably relevant to the listing.
Any verification undertaken by us does not constitute an endorsement, accreditation, certification or guarantee of the club, coach, program, facilities, safety practices, qualifications or insurance coverage.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not independently verify every statement made by a club or coach.
A club or coach must not represent that its listing has been “approved”, “endorsed”, “certified” or “recommended” by us merely because it appears on the Platform.
5. Information Provided by Clubs and Coaches
Clubs and coaches are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings.
We do not guarantee that:
- fees or other costs are complete or current;
- programs will operate as described;
- advertised places remain available;
- coaches remain associated with a club;
- qualifications or accreditations remain current;
- facilities are available or suitable;
- a club has appropriate insurance;
- a club satisfies all applicable child-safety requirements;
- a particular sporting program is suitable for a particular child.
Users should independently confirm important information directly with the relevant club or organisation before registering, paying fees or participating in a program.
6. Comparisons and Recommendations
The Platform may provide search results, comparisons, recommendations, rankings or other information intended to assist users in evaluating sporting opportunities.
These features are provided for general informational purposes only.
A recommendation does not constitute professional, medical, sporting, coaching, financial or other advice.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for determining whether a sporting program is appropriate for their child, having regard to factors including the child’s age, ability, health, interests and circumstances.
We do not guarantee that use of the Platform or any recommendation will result in a particular sporting outcome.
7. Registrations and Transactions
Where the Platform facilitates an enquiry, expression of interest or registration:
- the relevant club or organisation remains responsible for the sporting service;
- the club or organisation is responsible for confirming acceptance of any registration;
- the club or organisation is responsible for its fees, refunds, cancellations and registration conditions;
- any contract for sporting services is between the user and the relevant club or organisation unless expressly stated otherwise;
- we are not responsible for the performance or non-performance of sporting services supplied by the club or organisation.
Where payments are processed through the Platform, additional payment terms may apply.
8. Fees
Club listings may be offered free of charge or subject to fees depending on the services selected.
We may introduce, change or discontinue fees for particular Platform features by providing reasonable notice.
Any applicable fees will be disclosed before a club is charged.
Unless otherwise stated, fees paid for Platform services are non-refundable except where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Reviews and User Content
The Platform may allow users to submit reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, feedback or other content (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- it is truthful and based on your genuine experience;
- it does not contain defamatory, offensive, discriminatory or unlawful material;
- it does not infringe the rights of another person.
You retain ownership of intellectual property rights in User Content that you submit, subject to the licence granted below.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, publish and distribute your User Content for the purposes of operating, promoting and improving the Platform.
We may remove or restrict access to User Content where we consider it necessary or where the content breaches these Terms or applicable law.
10. Jobs and Volunteer Opportunities
The Platform may allow sporting clubs, coaches and sporting organisations to advertise paid employment, coaching, administrative, support, committee and volunteer opportunities (“Opportunities”).
The purpose of this feature is to assist clubs and organisations to connect with potential employees, contractors and volunteers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not act as the employer, recruitment agency or employment agent of any club, organisation or applicant.
10.1 Club and Organisation Responsibilities
A club or organisation that advertises an Opportunity through the Platform is responsible for ensuring that the Opportunity:
- accurately describes the position, duties, qualifications, location, hours and other relevant requirements;
- clearly identifies whether the position is paid, unpaid, voluntary, casual, part-time, full-time, contract or otherwise;
- accurately states any remuneration, fees, allowances or other financial arrangements;
- complies with applicable employment, workplace relations, minimum wage, award, discrimination, work health and safety, child-safety and other applicable laws;
- does not contain unlawful or discriminatory requirements;
- complies with applicable requirements concerning Working With Children Checks, police checks, qualifications, licences, registrations, screening or other suitability requirements;
- is otherwise lawful and suitable for publication on the Platform.
Clubs and organisations are solely responsible for determining the appropriate employment, contractor or volunteer arrangements for any person they recruit or engage.
10.2 Recruitment and Selection
Where an applicant responds to an Opportunity through the Platform, the relevant club or organisation is responsible for:
- reviewing applications;
- conducting interviews and assessments;
- checking qualifications, references, licences and other credentials;
- undertaking any required Working With Children Checks, police checks or other screening;
- determining whether an applicant is suitable;
- making offers of employment or volunteer engagement;
- entering into any employment, contractor or volunteer agreement;
- determining and paying remuneration and other entitlements;
- complying with all applicable laws and obligations arising from the engagement.
We do not guarantee that an Opportunity will attract applicants or that any applicant will be suitable for the position.
We do not guarantee that an applicant will be offered or obtain employment, contract work or a volunteer position.
10.3 Volunteer Opportunities
Where a club advertises a volunteer Opportunity, the club is responsible for ensuring that the arrangement is appropriately classified as voluntary and complies with applicable laws and requirements.
A club must not use the Platform to describe a position as voluntary where the arrangement is, in substance, an employment relationship requiring payment or other employment entitlements.
10.4 Child Safety and Screening
Where an Opportunity involves contact with children or young people, the relevant club or organisation is solely responsible for determining and complying with all applicable child-safety and screening requirements.
This may include Working With Children Checks, police checks, registration, qualifications, supervision, training and other requirements applicable to the position or jurisdiction.
The publication of an Opportunity on the Platform does not constitute verification or approval by us of the club, organisation, position, applicant or any screening or qualification requirement.
10.5 Applicant Information and Privacy
Applicants may be required to provide personal information when responding to an Opportunity.
We will collect, use, disclose and retain applicant information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Applicants should only provide information reasonably necessary for the relevant application and should not provide sensitive or highly personal information unless it is reasonably required and requested through an appropriate process.
Where an application is provided to a club or organisation, that club or organisation is responsible for its subsequent handling of the applicant’s personal information and must comply with its own applicable privacy obligations.
We may use third-party technology or service providers to facilitate the publication of Opportunities, receipt or transmission of applications, communications or related Platform functionality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.6 Platform Role
We may review, edit, suspend or remove an Opportunity where we consider that it is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, unlawful, discriminatory or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or the proper operation of the Platform.
We do not independently verify every Opportunity, the identity or suitability of the advertising club or organisation, the accuracy of information provided, the qualifications or credentials required, or whether a position is genuinely available.
We are not responsible for:
- the accuracy or completeness of an Opportunity;
- the conduct of a club, organisation, applicant, employee, contractor or volunteer;
- the recruitment or selection process;
- whether an applicant is suitable for a position;
- whether an applicant is offered or obtains a position;
- the terms or conditions of employment or volunteering;
- remuneration or employment entitlements;
- workplace conditions;
- disputes between clubs, organisations and applicants;
- any employment, contractor or volunteer relationship arising from an Opportunity advertised through the Platform.
Any employment, contractor or volunteer relationship is solely between the relevant club or organisation and the person engaged.
By submitting an application, an applicant acknowledges that we do not make the decision to employ or engage them and that any resulting relationship is with the relevant club or organisation, not with us.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- provide false or misleading information;
- create an account for another person without appropriate authority;
- collect, use or disclose personal information about another user without appropriate authority;
- use the Platform to harass, threaten or abuse another person;
- contact a child directly where you are not authorised to do so;
- use the Platform to solicit children for inappropriate or unlawful purposes;
- upload malicious code or interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract Platform data without our written consent;
- use Platform information to create a competing database or service;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
- use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications;
- do anything that could reasonably be expected to compromise the safety, privacy or security of another user.
A breach of this section may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Platform.
12. Child Safety
The safety of children and young people is an important consideration in the operation of the Platform.
Clubs, coaches and other organisations using the Platform must comply with all applicable child-safety laws and requirements.
Where a club or coach provides information concerning Working With Children Checks, registrations, qualifications or similar requirements, that information must be accurate and current.
We may suspend or remove a listing or Opportunity where we reasonably believe that a club, coach or organisation:
- presents a risk to children or young people;
- has provided materially false or misleading information;
- does not satisfy applicable requirements;
- has engaged in inappropriate conduct;
- otherwise presents a safety or compliance concern.
Users should report safety concerns to us promptly.
Where appropriate, we may also refer matters to relevant authorities or sporting bodies.
13. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Technologies
The Platform may use artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine learning, algorithms, automated decision-making, recommendation systems or similar technologies.
These technologies may be used for purposes including:
- assisting users to search for sporting programs;

- summarising information;
- assisting clubs with enquiries or administrative functions;
- moderating or identifying potentially inappropriate content;
- improving Platform functionality;
- analysing usage patterns and trends;
- providing customer support.
AI-generated or algorithmically generated information may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
You should not rely solely on AI-generated or automated information when making decisions concerning a child’s sporting participation, health, safety, wellbeing, education or other important matters.
An automated recommendation is not a determination that a particular sporting program is objectively better or more suitable for an individual child.
Where applicable privacy laws require us to provide information about automated decisions that significantly affect an individual’s rights or interests, we will provide that information and any required safeguards in accordance with those laws.
13.1 Personal Information and AI
We will not intentionally provide personal information to an AI system for training or other secondary purposes unless permitted by law and appropriately disclosed to you, or where you have otherwise consented where consent is required.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information used in connection with AI systems is managed consistently with applicable privacy obligations.
We may use de-identified, aggregated or otherwise appropriately protected information to improve our services, analytics, recommendation systems and AI functionality, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may use third-party AI providers to provide certain Platform functionality. Where personal information is provided to an AI provider, we will manage that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

- communications with clubs and other users;
- reviews and feedback;
- photographs or other User Content;
- payment information where applicable;
- information provided in connection with employment or volunteer Opportunities, such as resumes, qualifications, experience and availability;
- technical and device information;
- information concerning use of the Platform.
Some information concerning children, sporting participation or employment and volunteer applications may be sensitive information or otherwise require additional protections depending on the circumstances.
We will collect, use, disclose and store personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
We will seek consent where required by law and take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is only collected and used for reasonably necessary purposes.
15. Children's Personal Information
We recognise that information concerning children requires particular care.
Where we collect information about a child from a parent or guardian, we may rely on the parent or guardian’s authority to provide that information where appropriate.
We may take additional steps to confirm parental or guardian authority where we consider this reasonably necessary.
We will seek to minimise the personal information collected about children and will not knowingly request information that is unnecessary for the relevant Platform function.
Parents and guardians may contact us regarding personal information we hold about their child, subject to applicable privacy laws and any circumstances where access may lawfully be refused or restricted.
16. Disclosure and Overseas Service Providers
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Platform, including to:
- relevant sporting clubs or coaches where a user chooses to enquire about or register with them;

- AI and technology providers;
- professional advisers;

We will not sell personal information merely because you use the Platform.
Some service providers may operate outside Australia or store information outside Australia. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we will take reasonable steps to comply with applicable privacy requirements.
Our Privacy Policy contains further information about our information handling practices and, where required, relevant overseas disclosures.
17. Data Security and Data Breaches
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
If we become aware of a data breach involving personal information, we will assess and respond to the incident in accordance with applicable law.
We may contact affected users where notification is required or otherwise appropriate.
18. Parent Enquiries
Parents and guardians may submit enquiries directly to sports clubs through the Platform.
We act as a connection service between users and clubs and are not responsible for:
- responses from clubs;
- availability of programs;
- membership acceptance;
- coaching quality;
- scheduling changes;
- fees charged by clubs;
- the acts or omissions of clubs or coaches.
Any agreement for sporting services is made directly between the relevant parties unless expressly stated otherwise.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, licence, modify or commercially exploit our intellectual property without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
You retain ownership of intellectual property you submit to the Platform, subject to the rights and licence granted under these Terms.
20. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, club websites, payment providers or other external services.
We do not control or endorse third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, availability or services.
Users access and use third-party websites and services at their own risk.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
21. No Professional or Medical Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical, health, psychological, nutritional, legal, financial or professional sporting advice.
Before commencing or changing a child’s sporting activities, users should obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.
22. Sporting Activities and Assumption of Risk
Participation in sport involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in sporting activities supplied by a third party, except to the extent caused by our own acts or omissions or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
